Impatica viaDock

Impatica viaDock Downloads for Windows

Impatica viaDock is the software that you install on your Windows computer, while Impatica Connector is the smartphone application. You will need to download and install both applications in order to use Impatica viaDock.

You will need a registration code to use or evaluate Impatica viaDock. If you are not a registered user, please request evaluation registration information by completing the evaluation form.

    Requirements
  • Windows XP, Vista (32-64 bit) or Windows 7 (32-64 bit) 64 bit users visit our knowledgebase article.
  • The BlackBerry Desktop Manager (DTM) software. knowledgebase article.

    • Instructions
  • Click the "Installer" link above;
  • Select an appropriate location for the downloaded file;
  • Uninstall any previous version of Impatica viaDock;
  • Double click on the downloaded setupviadock.exe;
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Impatica Connector (for your smartphone)

Download the Impatica Connector software. Impatica Connector is the handheld client that connects your BlackBerry to the viaDock software .
