Impatica viaDock Downloads for Mac OS X

Impatica viaDock is the software that you install on your Mac OS X computer, while Impatica Connector is the smartphone application. You will need to download and install both applications in order to use Impatica viaDock.

You will need a registration code to use or evaluate Impatica viaDock. If you are not a registered user, please request evaluation registration information by completing the evaluation form.

Instructions
  • Click the "Installer" link above;
  • Once the download of Impatica-viadock.dmg is complete, the file will automatically mount itself. If it does not automatically mount, double click the Impatica-viadock.dmg file;
  • Uninstall any previous version of Impatica viaDock;
  • Open the mounted volume by selecting it from the Desktop or in the finder. You should see a folder called "Impatica viaDock {version number}". Click and drag the folder to the "Applications" folder on your hard drive to complete the installation.

Impatica Connector (for your smartphone)

Download the Impatica Connector software. Impatica Connector is the handheld client that connects your BlackBerry to the viaDock software.
